If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your item, contact us via email at customerservice@tissueonaroll.com to begin the process and receive your return authorization number.

Shipping

Shipping costs for returned items are not included in the credit for accepted item returns. Tissue On A Roll will provide you with a return label that can be printed from your printer and applied to the outside of the box which must be dropped off at your nearest FED-EX location.

The refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item and will immediately notify you of the amount to be credited to your account. It may take up to 5 days for the credit to post to your account.
